Gained a little weight but lost a large amount of body fat. And body age went down!

Maintained weight but gained body fat and lost muscle mass. Gained 2 yrs in body age. Oh well. Will do better next time.

Also.. this was after I ate breakfast which is not a normal weigh-in.

As expected last week’s weigh in was likely water weight because today I am down 2.2lbs. Body fat % down 0.4 and muscle mass % up by 0.2. Body age stable at 51

So glad my blood pressure is almost in the healthy range today. Diastolic just at 80. Systolic at 105. More work to do to get down under hypertension stage 1!
