Turns out when I stop paying attention I gain weight. I hope I never do that again! Darn it!!

Made it to Ohio to visit family for Thanksgiving week. Miss our kitties already! And happy to be home for a little while.

Felt very in-the-body today. Possibly because I did meditation before? Lots of thoughts about an app I’ve been noodling on about custom routines. That people do. Like packing checklists, workouts, etc.
